Harry Barendse is co-founder of focusedimprovement.eu. Starting out as Bachelor of Science (BS), ICT at HES J. van Zwijndregt, Den Haag he worked for many years as ICT-specialist, project- and programme manager and as director at the head of several ICT companies. At each of these applying the TOC principles made him very successful. Striving to bring others the benefits of TOC Harry built forth on his profound knowledge and experience by facilitating multi-project organisations in Dutch ICT-, Banking- and Insurance companies.
