      Lead a multi-functional, multi-organisational team of senior and 1st level management, project engineers, planners, those responsible for product and supply for the company, together with design engineers, production and executive management from the sole component supplier.

      Facilitate and manage the improvement initiative of a multi-organisational and multi-functional team using a mixture of TOC, Lean and Six Sigma tools.
    • Results
      80% reduction of backlog of late orders. 50% improvement of productivity. Due date performance improvement from <7% to > 75%.
